Privacy Policy – Personal Data – Life Plan Resorts
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and current national legislation, our privacy policy has been revised and updated.
1. Life Plan Resorts with domicile Herdade do Infantado, Estrada Nacional, N.º 10, Samora Correia 2135- 115 Santarém and email ribagolfe@terrabella.pt, guarantees the integrity and full compliance with the obligations under the national legislation in force as well as the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU 2016/679) in force as of of May 25, 2018.
2. This statement is intended to inform users of the Personal Data Protection Policy adopted by the ribagolfe@terrabella.pt website. This will be applicable if users decide to fill out any form on that website, in which personal data is collected.
3. Life Plan Resorts reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy in accordance with legislative or Self-Regulation requirements, therefore it is recommended that users read it regularly.
4. The personal data collected, specifically the name, email address and telephone (optional), in a consented, voluntary and clarified manner will only be used by Life Plan Resorts to present products and promotional offers via email or telephone. Your rights to information, rectification, opposition and cancellation are guaranteed, by simply requesting it in writing to the general address referred to in point 1. By making this request for cancellation, the data will be erased, and will only be kept if there is a legal obligation or contractual. These data will be kept and stored for the period provided for by law.
5. Life Plan Resorts will adopt the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of technology, in accordance with the provisions of the RGPD. However, Life Plan Resorts cannot guarantee the absolute infallibility of the Internet and, therefore, a breach of data through fraudulent access by third parties.
6. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
7. Life Plan Resorts does not provide your personal data to external entities or third parties.
8. Users may exercise their rights of access, cancellation, rectification, opposition and portability, by means of written communication, to the general address mentioned in point 1, identifying themselves and specifying their request. For that, they must present a copy of the B.I. or equivalent identification document, duly erased and indicating “copy”.
9. Personal data of minors under 18 years of age can only be obtained with the appropriate consent of their parents or guardians and Life Plan Resorts will never use this data for purposes inappropriate for their age. Life Plan Resorts will allow parents or guardians of the minor to exercise their rights of access, cancellation, rectification, opposition and portability of the data of their children or guardians.
